Responsibilities

Teach engaging and safe classes for a range of ages and skill levels

Create class plans that support student progress and studio standards

Offer encouragement, constructive feedback, and modifications

Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and professional class environment

Arrive on time and communicate consistently with studio management

Participate in occasional performances, workshops, or studio events
Qualifications
-
Prior teaching experience in your style (studio or professional setting preferred)

Experience working with children and/or adult students
-
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
-
Passion for teaching and inspiring students
-
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
-
Group fitness certification (for fitness instructors only – Zumba, Yoga Alliance, etc.)
Compensation
Pay is competitive and based on experience, class format, and availability. Opportunities for workshops, private lessons, and performance-based bonuses may also be available.

Bilingual Front Desk/ Receptionist
”Details
We’re seeking a friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish), and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio. This role is essential to supporting smooth daily operations, assisting both clients and staff and maintaining a clean and professional studio environment.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet students, parents, and visitors warmly; handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Check-In & Registration: Manage class check-ins, assist with registration for classes and events, and process payments using our studio management software.

Bilingual Support: Communicate clearly and effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients and families.

Administrative Assistance: Maintain student records, schedule updates, and data entry; support instructors with class logistics as needed.

Studio Operations: Assist instructors and staff with various tasks including copying materials, setting up for events, or managing supplies.

Cleanliness & Presentation: Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas tidy and welcoming; perform light cleaning duties as required.

Communication & Coordination: Help share important updates, coordinate messages among staff and families, and support studio announcements.
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized

Comfortable using basic computer tools and studio software

Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service, office administration, or front desk work preferred
- A passion for dance or familiarity with the dance community is a plus
Compensation
Hourly pay is competitive and based on experience. Team members also enjoy access to free or discounted classes and studio events.
