BALLET
The Beginner 1 Adult Ballet class is designed for those new to ballet. POUND
POUND is a cardio jam-session designed to release the rockstar within us all while promoting total-body fitness. Instead of listening to the music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movement.
In a POUND class, participants use weighted drumsticks called Ripstix to create the music while they work out.
BARRE
Barre is a low-impact yet highly effective workout that combines classical ballet movements with strength training.
